AT&T Mail Server Settings in Outlook

Whenever we access or add an AT&T email from a third party email client we have to manually configure the mail servers while doing the ATT Outlook settings. There are two types of mail servers which are incoming and outgoing, these servers maintain the proper flow of incoming and outgoing emails. IMAP/POP and SMTP are email protocols that govern these email serves. IMAP or POP, either of these at a time, is used by incoming mail server, but it is recommended to use IMAP over POP because by using IMAP we can access an email account on different devices as it does the two-way sync with the email server. However, POP does the one-way sync and we cannot use an email account on different devices.
